| Twenty-first Century is the era of rapid flow of production factors,coupled with the rapid development of e-commerce.The logistics industry has shown a strong momentum of development and has become an important force in promoting China’s economic development.International scholars have identified the logistics industry as an important artery of national economic development.The development degree of logistics industry can be used as an important indicator to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength.At the same time,the industry competition is increasing,the drawbacks of the industry also began to show,the weak internal control problem has become an important factor restricting the growth of logistics enterprises.Therefore,it is important to study the internal control and control of logistics enterprises,and to explore the improvement measures of the internal control system of logistics enterprises.Deppon logistics was founded in 1996.It is the five A-class integrated service logistics enterprises.Its service covers more than 90% of the city,with 60% annual business growth in the rapid rise of China’s logistics industry.Therefore,the author chooses Deppon logistics as the research object and studies on the problem of logistics enterprise internal control,which can provide a reference for the improvement of the internal control of the logistics and reflect the overall development of China’s logistics industry to a certain extent.In this paper,the author combined with the actual situation and the current situation of internal control of the development of logistics Limited by Share Ltd in recent years and used of the related knowledge of internal control,based on the analysis of enterprise internal control problems and its reasons,put forward the control measures to improve the enterprise internal.First of all,the author briefly summarizes the background and significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,the author analyzes and defines the definition,basic assumptions,principles and functions,development and elements of internal control.Third,the author analyzes the logistics company profile,the internal control present situation,problems and causes.In the current situation of internal control analysis part,the author mainly expounds the present situation and operation control personnel control situation,customers and sales control status,accounting control status,risk assessment,information and communication status and status monitoring.Finally,the author combined with the above analysis results,puts forward some measures to improve the internal control of logistics Limited by Share Ltd,to provide reference for the improvement of the Limited by Share Ltd and other logistics enterprise internal control. |
