Rational allocation of housing directlyaffects the stability and social and economic development. Affordable housingentry and exit system is key to ensuring the healthy development of affordablehousing. As one of the northeast old industrial base of Jilin province, economicdevelopment is slightly behind the other provinces, the government fiscal incomeand the number of affordable housing is limited, and how to scientific andreasonable distribution of affordable housing, adequate use of limitedgovernment resources has become urgent to solve problems.This paper takes Jilin province affordable housing access and exitmechanism as the research object, conducts the research to the Jilin provincelow-rent housing and public rental housing affordable housing two forms ofaccess and exit mechanism, put forward reasonable suggestions andcountermeasures for Jilin province affordable housing entry and exit system. Thisarticle consists of five parts, including the background, purpose and significanceof the study, review of domestic and international research, research ideas andmethods of the thesis; the present situation of Jilin province affordable housing,summarizes the low rent housing and public rental housing policy and the basiccontent; in Changchun city as an example to illustrate the current situation of theaccess and exit of the low-income housing and existing problems, Changchuncity as the capital city of Jilin province, it reflected the problem can be represented in Jilin province at present situation; A lot of countries and regions athome and abroad access to affordable housing is relatively mature exitmechanism analysis, we should find out experience; Finally, based on the earlierexperiences in Jilin province combining its own situation, find out thecountermeasures to improve Jilin province affordable housing entry exitmechanism.
