Jilin Province,the protection of housing system in recent years,rapid economic development in the context of continuous development and perfection,but the development of the protection of the object of the day-to-day dynamic monitoring has not been effective construction,resulting in a number of security object violations The emergence of.In this paper,through the in-depth study of these existing problems,to protect the object of dynamic monitoring methods of Jilin Province for affordable housing supervision agencies to provide recommendations.This article elaborates the related concepts of the dynamic supervision of the indemnificatory housing security object with the dynamic supervision method as the starting point,analyzes the object of the guarantee housing in Jilin Province,introduces the three most widely used dynamic object supervision methods,By introducing the practice of dynamic supervision of housing security in developed regions and major cities in China,it is found that there are common problems in the dynamic supervision of the security object.Combining with the development of the dynamic supervision of indemnificatory housing objects in Jilin Province from the dynamic supervisory organization,The dynamic supervision method and the dynamic supervision system,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the dynamic supervision of the security object in Jilin Province.Secondly,the three methods are proposed,namely,intelligent supervisory system,dynamic supervision of energy consumption and dynamic supervision of security object.Among them,the development of energy consumption dynamic monitoring method in the field of building energy consumption analysis,The necessity of supervision,its characteristics,the construction of the model and the practical application of the method are described in detail.Finally,the author puts forward three suggestions for the future development of the dynamic monitoring methods of Jilin Province.It hopes to enrich the current supervision system of affordable housing in Jilin Province and increase the fairness,normality and transparency in the implementation of affordable housing.
