With the rapid development of E-commerce, consume behavior changes dramatically. It built a huge market for many emerging industries, such as express industry.Meanwhile, the development of B2C E-commerce put forward higher requirements in distribution system. Such as orders suddenly disappear, delay, damage, lost or others problem become the bottleneck for B2C E-commerce distribution. They require a better distribution system to enhance customers satisfaction.China Postal Express&Logistic Co.,Ltd (CNPEL) is the first express company in China. But it has gradually lose the lead in the market for the inflexible management system.Recent years, CNPEL participate in market competition with the strong reform. CNPEL management system has become more and more improvement. It could effectively meet the needs of B2C E-commerce enterprises and provide better service solutions in the market.This article selected B2C E-commerce enterprises as the main object of study. On the one hand, i summarized the features and the real needs of B2C e-commerce enterprises distribution from the current available B2C E-commerce market. On the other hand, based on the existing distribution model of CNPEL,i proposed a new B2C E-commerce distribution model which can meet the needs of B2C E-commerce enterprises, but also suitable for the CNPEL which called "warehouse&distribution "mode.Finally, i summarized the advantages and benefits of the new model after i analyst the experience which already used the the new distribution model.
