Research On Developing Crowdsourcing Model Of Guangzhou Post Express Community Distribution

This paper takes GZ post express logistics company as the main research object.Through the investigation and research on the theory of community logistics and crowdsourcing logistics,it summarizes the characteristics,development status and development trend of community logistics and crowdsourcing,and concludes that community logistics currently exits the problems of high cost,low service quality and low efficiency,and crowdsourcing distribution have the advantages of low cost,fast timeliness and high resource utilization.,which provide theoretical basis and support for the solution.The paper uses PEST analysis method and SWOT model to systematically analyze the environment and the development status,and analyze the problems of GZ postal express logistics company community logistics,and clarify company's current situation,the environment,the development status,and the problems that need to be solved.On the basis of the above,the necessity and feasibility of introducing crowdsourcing distribution to GZ postal express community logistics are discussed.In consideration of the safety,timeliness and cost,the paper proposes the community logistics crowdsourcing distribution model based on traditional express delivery and third-party take-out platform suitable for GZ postal express logistics company,and constructs the GZ postal express community logistics crowdsourcing distribution platform,and introduces the crowdsourcing distribution platform in detail from the functional modules,operation mechanism and advantages of the platform.The crowdsourcing distribution platform includes nine functional modules,such as user information management module,a package information collection module,a pricing module,an interface module,an automatic matching module,a receiving/sending module,a settlement,and an evaluation module.The interface module of the crowdsourcing distribution platform exchanges data with the third-party take-out platform to realize cooperation with the third-party take-out platform.On the one hand,the crowdsourcing distribution platform can be effectively promoted and the problem of insufficient deliverymen in the crowdsourcing distribution can be solved,On the other hand,the advantages of third-party take-out platforms can be used to avoid detours and achieve overtaking.In addition,the same-sex and same-area distribution and single-distribution are proposed to achieve the purpose of improving safety and reducing costs.Furthermore,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of crowdsourcing distribution in GZ postal express community logistics,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for manpower construction,training system,laws and regulations,industry supervision mechanism and information system construction.
