| Old community renovation is the important concern for citizen life, and it related tothe vital interests of the disadvantage group. In recent years, governments treat oldcommunity renovation as an important livelihood project. How to evaluate the effect of oldcommunity renovation, how to acceptance the old community renovation and how to makethe renovation more satisfies with people, these are the current problems which must beanswer.At present, the studies on old community renovation’s livable construction andevaluation are still in the exploratory stage in our country, and have not formed a unifiedstandard. This paper builds evaluation index system on livable community, joining somefactors that could reflect old community renovation, typical, scientific and operational.Therefore, it enriches the theory of old community renovation’s livable construction, whichis the paper’s main innovation and makes the research has some value and necessity.This paper consists of six parts, and the main content is following:Chapter one: Introduction. It introduces the research background, purpose,significance and the research status at home and abroad about livable community. It putsforward the research ideas, method and the innovation points.Chapter two: Basic theory of livable community’s construction. It defines the basicconcepts, and introduces the support theories of old community’s livable renovation.Chapter three: Establishing livable evaluation index system. It analyzes the intension,evaluation principle and methods of evaluation index system. In the guide of relevanttheories, it builds the evaluation index system, introduces the process of quantitativeindicators by AHP, the method and model of livable community’s comprehensiveevaluation. Chapter four: Comprehensive evaluation analysis of old community’s livableconstruction in the case of Shenyang Tiexi District. It evaluates the target communities byusing of the linear weighted sum method, and analyzing the evaluation results in detail.Chapter five: Suggestions of old community renovation’s livable construction. Itevaluates and analyzes old community’s livability of Shenyang Tiexi District, and pusforward six suggestions about old community renovation’s livable construction.Chapter six: Conclusion and prospect. This paper makes some conclusions, and itpoints the main conclusions and deficiency. |
