As people’s living standard goes upward, they pay more attention to their diet, more proper diet, and fruits play an important role in the diet which makes it vital. Compared to the advanced western countries Fruits logistic net of our country is left far behind. The fruit logistic is inefficient and complex; the loss of fruit during delivery is badly huge, all of these results in margin decrease of fruits farmers and lack of cheap and good quality fruit product. So this is the contradiction and how to solve the problem is of great practical importance. How to gain extra-value to fruit products, how to enhance efficiency of fruit product delivery, all of these depends on choosing the address of logistic distribution center. A scientific appropriate address is useful to decrease transportation cost, promote efficiency of distribution and delivery.Nowadays most of the studies are focus on distribution and delivery of the fruit. However, the works on how to choose the address of logistic distribution center is seldom. As we discussed above, the address of logistic distribution center has tremendous impact on cost and efficiency of logistics. In order to fill the gap of the studies and provide a theoretical standard for address choosing of logistic distribution center, we come up with this paper. In this paper we come up with an idea how to choose distribution center for fruit from a theoretical perspective.In this paper we firstly illustrate the characteristics of the fruit commodity logistics in our country, the existing mode of fruit trade business. Then we summarize all the existing theories and come up with a new theory and a new method to verify the results. Combining the characteristics of china fruit logistics we establish a discrete mathematic model, calculate distribution costs, delivery fees, operation expenses, lands costs, warehousing costs, ect. Use AHP comprehensive evaluation method to verify the results. The discrete method is meaningful for address choosing of logistic distribution center.At last we apply the method to D city and use AHP comprehensive evaluation method to verify the test results, and the results meet the calculation. This application proves the new method which is come up by this paper correctness and practicality. |
