As the rapidly development of Chinese social economy and economic globalization, logistics in the national economy has become increasingly prominent. Distribution center also attracts our attentions gradually. Distribution center is the important part of a logistics system. Similarly, the location of distribution center is the key of logistics system analysis.Better distribution center location is the place to make the goods together, transit, distribute, then transmit to the end users.Therefore, the research on the distribution center location is of great economical and practical significance. This paper's subject is proposed in keeping with the trend of the times and in such a context.Distribution center location, refers to a number of supply points and a number of points of the economic needs of the region, the election of one or more addresses set up distribution center in the planning process. But in reality, some of the effects distribution center, the site is uncertain factors, such as geographical factors, environmental factors, demand and so on. In the complex logistics system design, these uncertainties should be taken into account. So in the context of uncertain environment, this paper studies ways to select a location for distribution center and proposes its improvement methods.This paper firstly introduce the background and significance of the thesis topics.Then elaborate the presence situation of research at domestic and abroad. And then made a detailed review theoretically, including the overall introduction of the concept, type and function of the distribution center. Lately summarizes some methods of location selection and add some mathematical knowledge. The model establishment and test are two core elements where model establishment includes establishing model and solving model. This paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to research distribution center location: On the one hand, construct the hierarchical structure of effect factors of distribution center.Then select the proper alternative based on combined AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.An example is presented to introduce the steps and prove its practicability. On the other hand, taking account of the uncertainty of user's demands, improve the traditional bi-level programming and built Bi-level programming with fuzzy paramenters. Transform the model into fuzzy chance-constrained bi-level programming model using confidence of max-demand. Then based on possibility theory, the model is transformed into certain bi-level programming model which can be solved directly. Finally, summarize the paper in all and prospect the trends of distribution center location in the future.
