Research On The Location Of The Sales-distribution Center

On the 21^st century,the modern enterprises face much more scorching competition,because of the science's advancement,the economy's development,the forming of the global information network and market,time and speed has become the major source of competitive advantage.In response to the changing market,the supply chain with modern manufacturing enterprises as its core tends to the management pattern.Traditional logistics management focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs,but modern logistics management emphasis more on the effect of the whole process,and treat this question from the achievement of the enterprise's strategic.In this mode,the supply,produce,and sale will operation with order information as its ligament.The task of location of the distribution center is to find best program of the total costs and stability of the fluctuation,in order to achieve the lowest cost or highest benefit on the basis of meeting the needs of customers.It relates with the rationalization of the whole logistics system,and is an essential problem in programming of distribution centers.Based on summarizing the researching actualities and its methodology of location problem of distribution centers,the paper analyzes the characteristic of sales-distribution center location,gives qualitative analysis of the center-site with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to Nancha Crossing of Nanxu District of Zhenjiang for setting up a business distribution center,and then screens out a certain number of prepared site by the result of evaluation.Then set up location model and algorithms of the distribution center for two different situations,and then solve the mode with average subtraction arrangement method and LINGO software,so choose the best program and the optimal distribution path of the vehicle.In the end,the main study contents are summarized within this dissertation,and the future research projects are also presented.
