With the development of market economy, organizations pay more attention to personnel management, human resources management has become the focus of researchers and managers. Performance management as an important part of human resource management is the strategic objectives of the organization and the departments and employees job objective, promote business objectives. The main contents of performance management is to evaluate the employee and department performance, using performance management in different ways, according to different performance results of the organization and employees to improve performance, to motivate employees, so as to improve the overall performance of employees and organizations, to promote the core competitiveness. At present, the research abroad on the performance management has a lot of theory research in China, but is also less situation and organization management. The overseas theory achievement ready for domestic research at present is to play a reference role. Most of the existing studies focus on the enterprises and public institutions reform, the tourism industry as the object of study is less or villa.QL resort hotel is located in Shandong Jinan City, is a culture of harmony between nature and the Tourist Hotel, villa will be the unique layout, high quality staff, has a rich cultural heritage. QL resort hotel has rooms, meeting room, gym facilities perfect, meeting training, tourism and business activities of the ideal place. QL resort hotel has the existing staff of146people, mid-level management staff28people, first grade chef2, special two chefs2people, with a nutritionist certificate29. The villa manager for human resource management especially performance management attention, hope to be able to use performance management system and the method of reasonable, improve employee performance, enhance competitiveness, realize the strategic target of better.In this study, the QL resort hotel as the research object, the design of performance management system for QL resort hotel. Through the literature review, the performance management theory, as the theoretical base of the study. The status and profile analysis of QL resort hotel is using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview of performance management problems existing in QL resort hotel analysis. According to the theoretical basis and the results of the investigation, scientific and rational design of QL heights of the performance management system, and make the system and organization. Through this study, hope to be able to enrich the theory basis of domestic performance management, and performance management practice in the domestic tourism industry to provide reference.
