| For a long time effected by tow kinds of land ownership,as real right for usufruct collective construction land could not free traded as well as state-owned construction land. As a kind of incomplete property rights, this kind of right could not realiz its value. according to <The central committee of the communist party of China on severa major issues comprehensively deepen reform>, the People’s Republic of China eighteenth the third plenary session raise a new issue about extended collective construction land range. And building a new unified construction land market. But nowadays,in our country we still not have a mature legal system about this issue.This thesis will talk about all the things and problem we faced to promote amending morden laws and related policies to complete the collective construction land trading legal system.First will find currently element which blocked collective construction land trading market developing.And then we will try to give some advices to solve the problem we realize.Finally we will give Ten aspects of the examples to help Legal persons to complete amending morden laws and establish related policies. |
