Life Insurance Marketing while promoting the rapid development of China’s insurance industry, also showing its inherent system defects, irregularities frequently emerge, which mislead the phenomenon is most prominent. Misleading mainly type of hype, one-sided presentation, covert sales, interbank slander and mis-selling. The life insurance marketing in misleading conduct would not only undermine the basic insurance business integrity, will also be a serious infringement of social status and image of the legitimate interests of the insured, the impact of the insurance industry, restricting further development of the insurance industry as a whole. The reason lies in the insurance legal system is not perfect, life insurance companies and life insurance salesmen management loopholes comprehensive literacy itself flawed. The targeted governance programs requires multifaceted marketing of life insurance on misleading conduct to govern from the legal system, corporate management, personnel training, so as to promote normal healthy insurance industry.
