Under the background of weak economy globally and the slow-down of Chinese economicdevelopment, the competitive of cable business has been far more fierce. Currently, the enterprise is facingthe huge challenge. Under this circumstance, the sales team plays a significant role as the bridge tofacilitate the process from resource investment to profit receiving. Meanwhile, it is also the key factor toensure the products in the market to be delivered to customers smoothly.In order to win in this intense competitive, TBEA Co. ltd. Cable company must build an excellentteam with high work efficiency and capability to adapt to the market competitive. Therefore, the efficientmanagement for sale team is essential to realize “1+1>2” target.This paper adopts the methods of previous paper researches, field survey, qualitative and quantitativeanalysis, reviewing and summarizing the research at home and abroad to introduce the theory and conceptof sales team management. According to the above theories, the author will analyze and summarize thestatus of the sales team from TBEA cable company based on the detailed data about the structure of theteam, current business situation, employee salary and assessment standards. Afterwards, the author will putforward the solutions for the problems occurred during team operation. This paper aims to list and analyzethe problems, and figure out the solutions and suggestions to develop the team level from the aspects ofteam structure, target management, team leader, assessment standards, incentives and management style,building up a team with higher performance.The paper targets the development of team management pattern based on the current team operationwith rich theories and the analysis on the sales team value for the enterprise in order to realize theinstructive meaning for the set-up of high-efficiency team.
