Research On The Development Of Hunan Green Catering Industry Under The Background Of "Two Types Of Society"

Catering industry,as an important sector of the tertiary industry in the national economy,plays a crucial role in social development and economic construction. Taking Hunan cuisine represented, Catering of Hunan has played a pivotal role in the development and construction. According to "Two Types of Society" construction requirements, how to change catering development direction from high-consuming and produce an unique effect in Hunan "Two Types of Society" construction, now this is an important and burning problems to be solved in the catering industry of Hunan under the "Two Types of Society" construction.In this paper, under the guidance of "Two Types of Society" theory, green management theory and recycling economy theory, through the extensive literature research and practice survey, SWOT Analysis was firstly used to analyze the situation of green catering industry in Hunan. Taking into account the CZT City is the country’s resource-saving and environment-friendly society, in order to further research catering development under the "Two Types of Society" background, AHP was used to build evaluation index system of green catering from the resource-saving and environment friendly two-oriented society angle. Three criteria indicators were showed in the target layer such as resource-saving and environment-friendly industry development environment, production environment and consumer environment followed by21elements indicators. Then the index system was used to evaluate the level of green catering development in Hunan for empirical analysis. According to the evaluation results, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from four aspects including government, industry associations, food companies and consumers. Government plays a leading role mainly of industry policy development, green catering standards establishment, green food industry park construction and the industry regulator. Catering industry associations plays a coordinating role mainly of public awareness, green catering industry self-regulation, Industry-Academy-Research cooperation on green catering. Catering enterprises plays an active role mainly of green production, green services, green marketing and green corporate culture. Consumers play a participatory role mainly of changing consumer attitudes and consumer behavior, improving consumer abilities.
