Research And Application Of IT Proiect Management In Disaster Drill Of Financial Firms

With large-scale construction of enterprise disaster recovery system, the disaster recovery drill become more and more important. However, the current situation of disaster recovery drill is not optimistic:one kind of drill becomes formalistic, and such drill is far away from occurrence scene of true disaster; another kind of drill is carried out through excessive resource consumption; although such kind of drill can play a good effect, the excessive consumption of resources (man power and material resources) will bring large burden on enterprise. The clients are seeking for a new method to realize more reasonable disaster recovery drill.Through investigation and survey on relevant business personnel of disaster recovery system of financial enterprises, this thesis firstly summarizes all business systems of bank through classification method, classifies all business systems in disaster recovery of financial enterprises according to dependence relationship, and carry out a sequence plan of system switching. Then, this thesis makes use of investigation method and induction method to find out the most important factors influencing drill, and establishes a theoretical method in which the IT Project Management is used to control disaster recovery drill process through carrying out detailed research and analysis on nine knowledge fields and five process groups, that is, making use of Project Integration Management, Scope Management, Human Resource Management, Time Management, Cost Management, and Risk Management in nine knowledge fields of IT Project Management to control whole process of disaster recovery drill. Furthermore, this thesis applies the theoretical method into actual disaster recovery drill of financial enterprises to carry out practical verification so as to check whether the theoretical method is reasonable or not. After each drill, a summary and improvement is made on theoretical method to make it become a guidance method for enterprises to carry out disaster recovery drill.Through empirical test of specific project, it is proven that the theoretical method in which the IT Project Management is used to control disaster recovery drill process proposed and established in this thesis is feasible and can obtain good effect. The research result is of good enlightenment and reference significance for enterprises to reasonably control disaster recovery drill process.
