Rapid restoration and reconstruction are the skills that must be mastered to solve the problems of human existence when response to natural disasters. With the increase of natural disasters, the problem of post disaster reconstruction has attracted more and more attention from various departments. When a region suffers a large-scale disaster, one of the important factors that reflects the resilience of the region after the disaster is the recovery and post-disaster operation situation of the business.Because business through the provision of jobs, goods, services and taxes, extensive impact and related to the family, the economy, the city and other social units. Most disaster research focused on business recovery at a point in time or a short period of time,in hopes of distilling the experience to reduce business vulnerability to future disasters. However, studies on long term business recovery process might be more useful to provide lessons for sustainable business operation after disaster. This study takes Lushan county as an example, using logistic regression,Moran 's I and LISA cluster map method, from July 2013 to July 2017,951 shops in Lushan were traced continuously through field research, and the spatial correlation of these shops in post disaster recovery was studied. Then 263 shops are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey to explore the significant factors that affect the sustainable operation of business after the Lushan earthquake. The study results showed that(1)The overall business operating status after the disaster has a significant positive spatial correlation. And this relationship tends to rise firstly and then decline over time;(2)The local spatial correlation of business operating status varies in different street regions.Over time,a growing number of business cluster regions with good operating performance gradually fell into a poorly operated or recovered business area after the earthquake;(3)Some of the original surviving businesses were closed in their subsequent post-disaster operation process, businesses reopened after the disaster cannot be equated with long-term recovery;(4)Experience in post disaster operation, prior disaster financial conditions,post-disaster monthly average profit, duration of closure and borrow money from family or friends all have significant influence on business sustainable operation after Lushan earthquake. The finding of this study has important implications for the analysis of long-term business recovery after earthquake,as well as business owners and government's post-disaster recovery strategy.
