The Research Of Tianjin Industrial Structure Supererogation Under The Guidance Of Scientific Outlook Of Development

Adjustment of industrial structure has been the most important proposition in China’ssocialist modernization drive.The nature of the industrial structure adjustment is industrialstructure supererogation,the same as the connotation and meaning of ‘scientific outlook ondevelopment’.Industrial structure supererogation is the representation of the practice of‘scientific outlook on development’.Meanwhile,the ‘scientific outlook on development’alsoprovides industrial structure supererogation many support policies.This paper uses the methodthat combining the theoretical research with empirical research to find out the influencingfactors and the present situation of Tianjin industrial structure with the purpose of motivatingthe process of Tianjin industrial structure,which is the requirement of Scientific outlook ofdevelopment.This thesis is divided into six parts,the introduction in first section introduces theresearch background、purpose、meaning and research methods of the paper’s topic、theresearch status at home and abroad and the innovation in this thesis; The second section ofthis thesis is theoretical studies of industrial structure,including the measurement methods andmeaning of the industrial structure supererogation,and the relationship between scientificoutlook on development and industrial structure supererogation;The third section analyzes thedeveloping status of Tianjin’s industrial structure with statistical data on the basis oftheoretical studies in part two.Although the industrial structure level in Tianjin is in adeveloping process,while there are still many deficiencies with the developed areas;The fouthsection shows the problems of factors;The next section analyzes the constrained factors in theprocess of the industrial structure supererogation in Tianjin and uses scientific measuringmethods to test the factors empirically;The last part proposes scientific measures afteranalyzing the relevant factors on the basis of the former paragraph,so that the industrialstructure supererogation in Tianjin could be more scientific and rational,and the process ofindustrial structure supererogation in Tianjin should be completed under the guidance ofscientific outlook on development.
