The Research Of Economic Evaluation Model Based On Scientific Outlook On Development

Implementing the scientific outlook on development is not only the request of Party Central Committee but also the need of socialist construction. The important way of assessing social development and ensuring the social stability is economic development. For that reason, it's significant to build the economic evaluation system and give empirical research on the economic development.The important way of implementing the scientific outlook on development is to establish the social development evaluation system that reflects the core of people foremost. Achieving social harmony is what we are pursuing for a long time. That's why it's significant on the guidance of Chinese development to build the social evaluation system and give an empirical research.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter emphasizes on the construction of the economic evaluation index system based on scientific outlook on development. The third chapter introduces the evaluation methodology of economic evaluation. The fourth chapter discusses the empirical research. The last part is the conclusion.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1)The evaluation model based on G1-entropy weighted determine the subjective weight and object weight by the least distance of indicator data and ideal plan, which could reflect the thought that the bigger the difference of data, the bigger the weight is, and also reflect the actual affect of practical situation and dynamic change.(2)The evaluation model based on weighted average way maintains the merit of those weighing methods with consistence by consistency check of different evaluation results, it could avoid the phenomenon that improper weighting methods make big departure. Third, by using the correlation coefficient between single evaluation method and combinatorial method to determine the weight, it could reflect the thought that the more coherent with combinatorial method, the bigger the weight is. This thought could change the problem of distortion caused by equating each weighting method.
