With our country’s reform and opening up policy started, in the "development" the hardtruth support, has obtained the remarkable achievements in the short decades, China’s GDP hasalready surpassed Japan to become the world’s second. However, in this lurking impetuous andcrisis era, behind the rapid development of China’s economic and social,contradictions becomedifficult to solve,due to the uneven development is increasingly serious, the interests of bothlabors and the management in the social structure remodeling game filled with uncertainties, fair,stable, balanced growth of national wealth distribution pattern has not been formed. Therefore,efforts to build a harmonious labor relations, increases remuneration reasonable at this stage toimplement the "people-oriented"’s Scientific outlook on development, building a harmonioussociety, will be a basic but very difficult work.Under the guidance of the Scientific outlook on development to improve labor remuneration,the first study is this important theory of the Scientific outlook on development. Then describesour country’s status quo of the proportion of labor remuneration in the initial distribution of thenational income. At the same time, choose the United States, Japan, South Korea as examples, toanalyze and summarize the experience of these three countries which we should learn from onthis issue in the proportion of labor remuneration. On this basis, in line with China’s basicnational conditions under the guidance of the Scientific outlook on development, from thescientific development, people-oriented, comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development,overall consideration four aspects dissect the reasons for China’s low labor remuneration, andproposed the corresponding countermeasures.
