The Theoretical And Empirical Study On Industrial Structure Supererogation

Under the influence of economic globalization, development of electronic information technology and global financial crisis and other factors, the quality of economic growth has become an important aspect of economic development, Industrial structure supererogation is an important quality of economic growth performance. Xi'an is the bridgehead of Chinese western development, is the core of the most competitive city in central and western regions. Therefore, there is important theoretical and practical significance that research on Industrial structure supererogation in Xi'an.On the basis of systematic summary Analysis on the progress of relevant research at home and abroad, set up of the measurement model of Industrial structure supererogation. Based on capital efficiency, from the perspective of division and specialization, corrects the Model by introducing industry-effective and introducts the calculation method of capital stock detailly. Studies on Industrial structure supererogation in Xi'an and other part sub-provincial cites, using status industrial information,statistics and all kinds of texts in Xi'an, by statistical methods of quantitative analysis.Though the above analysis, this paper draws the main conclusions as flowing:(1) The measurement models of industrial structure supererogation based on capital stock is applied. Through verifying using the relevant datas of 1994 - 2006 years in Xi'an and of 2006 in seven sub-provincial cities (Shenyang, Dalian, Ji'nan, Ningbo, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Xi'an City).(2) In the three industries, the level of the second industry and tertiary industry have significant impact on the level of industrial structure supererogation, they directly determine the level of industrial structure supererogation.(3) In the real economic world, economic growth and Industrial structure supererogation is not synchronized. Even though most studies show that there is a close connection between the evolution of industrial structure and economic growth. The evolution of industrial structure and industrial structure supererogation is not a same concept. Process of industrial structure supererogation consists of the evolution of industrial structure, but the evolution of industrial structure does not necessarily include industrial structure supererogation. So with economic growth, industrial structure evolving, however, it does not cause the improvement of industrial structure supererogation.(4) The process of industrialization can do contribution to industrial structure supererogation. Industrialization Constitute the central process of economic development, it is the basis of socialized production, is the only way of achieving structural changes. Not highly developed modern industry, it is impossible to achieve agricultural modernization and the rapid development of other industries and industrial structure supererogation.(5) The upgrading of the third industry is the final motive force of promoting industrial structure supererogation. The highly developed third industry is the final results of economic development and structural adjustment. The highly developed third industry can not only create itself highly economic and social benefits, but also provide a good service and technical support for the upgrading of agriculture, industry and other sectors, provide strong protection for the upgrading of the entire industrial structure system.
