In recent years, with the rapid development of automobile industry,automobile production and sales are rising in china, and the car ownership isgrowing. With the increasing number of vehicles driving, as an important meansof transport, which caused the increasing accident happened on the road, such asoverturned, collision, scratches and other accidents. It brings a lot of influence onthe whole society and people’s quality of life, etc. Therefore, the research on roadtraffic accidents economic loss calculation method has been great significance andvaluable.At present, research in this area is still in its infancy in China. Based on alarge number of domestic and foreign literatures, the study established a trafficaccident analysis model of economic losses which provides traffic accidentsquantitative research for reference. Specific studies are as follows:The first chapter describes the background and significance of the research.The study on the economic losses define methods of road traffic accidents at homeand abroad have been analyzed and summarized, while identifying the maintechnical route of this paper.The second chapter is analyzing and evaluation of traffic accidents lossesbased on basic knowledge, combining with standard parameters related accidents,such as per capita national output, social refractive index, the growth rate of thenational economy, etc, introducing gray system theory, Markov chain theory andWAP theory for application of economic loss accident.The third chapter focuses on the analysis model of road traffic accidentsofficers and economic loss. It often brings a serious road accident injuries anddeaths. The casualties of the accident is not only to bring the parties physiological,psychological suffering, but also the lives of the injured and their families,limiting production activities, thereby affecting individuals and families quality oflife. This chapter creates value loss on deaths in traffic accidents, economic lossmodel housework loss, loss of quality of life, economic loss and other deadofficers for carried out a detailed analysis and calculation, while for thesocio-economic losses wounded, housework loss, quality of life economic losseslike loss model.The fourth chapter is an analysis of traffic accidents indirect economic lossmodel, Including loss of social delays econometric model of economic loss andsocial service agencies in two ways. After road traffic accidents happened, thebasic characteristics of road congestion or traffic jam, which resulted in sporadictraffic delays, passengers economic losses in terms of time as well as increasingroad transport costs, etc., finally resulting in social and economic losses.The fifth chapter is the full text contents of the summary and future forward,and proposed the next model limitations and problems to be solved.
