Economic-Losses Estimation System Of Forest Bio-disaster In Hebei Province

In order to deal with the situation of forest disaster losses in Hebei Province, the resources information of forest vegetation and occurences of hebei province were collected. Hebei provincial forestry biological disaster damage assessment system was established. Based on this assessment system, the economic losses from the forest disaster between 2004 to 2009 was analysized. Hebei Province forest pests area is about 36.07 million hm2 every year, and the direct economic losses are average 24248.6 million Yuan every year, in 2009 the direct economic losses were highest, amounted to 33934.0 million Yuan; During 2004~2009, plant disease loses 3836.5 million Yuan, the insect pest loses 17463.4 million Yuan, the rat harm loses 2948.7 million Yuan, the direct economic losses of major forest pests were highest in 2009, amount to 33934.0 million Yuan, plant disease lost 5583.93 million Yuan, the insect pest lost 33208.46 million Yuan, the rat loses 4885.70 million Yuan; The direct economic losses analysis result which considered to Hebei Province ten area's main forestry harmful biology disasters indicated that Chengde yearly average loses was the highest, amounts to 3794.5 million Yuan yearly.
