Logistic industry is one of the emerging industries, it can promote regional economic development. Soin Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (Hereinafter referred to asXPCC), the development of logistics industry had placed to a higher status. Development of the logisticsindustry can make the proportion of three industrial organizations tend to reasonable, and it is important tolower the production costs. This present paper analysis the present situation and development tendency ofTian Bei Han Hai logistics park (the logistics park is a newly established in the7th Division of XPCC), andcomparison with the mature domestic logistics park. Provide a reference for government decision-making.This study uses field surveys, literature and data query methods,to find the theoretical and mainproblem. by reading the domestic and foreign literature,mature grasp the latest achievements of domesticand international logistics park development, forecast demand of logistics park.By learn from the experience of domestic and international logistics park development,proposed thedevelopment goals and develop strategies to implement measures of Tian Bei Han Hai logistics park. Thedevelopment goal is build a professional Effective logistics park that is smooth operators, new services andstrong competition. The develop strategies is the following seven points, one is identify corporatepositioning, secondly build facilities and systems platform, third is improve the level of traditional logisticsservices, fourth is to expand logistics and financial services, fifth is integration of resources, sixth is expandthe transportation mode, the last point is training and the introduction talented person.
