The Study About Logistic Park Based On Sustainable Development

It is more and more evident that the logistics industry becomes one of the significant chains for China economic increase, with the progressive development in the social and economic aspects, while the establishment of logistics park, a fundamental facility of the logistics system, has become one of major methods to promote the logistics industry and its positive effect will continuously grow for a long period of time. Due to its remarkable effect in improving traffics, reducing environmental pressure, and boosting the circulation efficiency, especially in some more developed area, many local governments proposed to have the logistics industry as their leading industry, and this leads to the boost of"logistics park fever". However, presently we are seeking experiences from developed countries in designing and operating logistics park and are exploring a feasible model, and basically are still in its primary stage, therefore, the strategy of sustainable development for improving logistics park is vitally important to the rapid development of logistics park. Based on the perspective of the sustainable development for the logistics park, combined with the theoretical and practical analysis, this article briefly reviewed the current worldwide theorists'studies on logistics park, and analyzed the current status of sustainable development of logistics park based on the sustainable development theory and some personal perspectives; this article investigated many factors that will impact on sustainable development of logistics park such as the market demand, overall planning, public service function, preferential policies, and eco-environment requirements, and analyzed the causes of those that constraint the sustainable development of logistics park; the article then probed into the logistics park's dynamic system construction from the points of operation model innovation, logistics information system enhancement, refinement of logistics policy and its relevant regulations. By analyzing the problems emerging from the course of establishment of Shenzhen Sungang logistics park, the article ultimately brought up some proposals to improve logistics park's sustainable development ability through building up business environment and other strategies.
