With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, increasingcompetition for talent, and productivity of the three elements, the workersare also the most active elements; so, how to establish effective humanresource training system, so that continued sustainable development ofenterprises, is a modern private enterprise to be a serious problem.This paper is divided into four chapters points to private companiesfor Investor samples from the research background, significance,methods and content, staff training situation and problem analysis,implementation of security training system design, and systems in theseareas, the system analyzes the as some of the phenomena and problemsrelated to private modern service staff training human resourcesmanagement exist.In this paper, Jilin clean Investor Services Limited as the researchobject for the presence of its human resources training system problem,the use of modern human resource management theory and methodologytraining system, with training survey, combined with the MBA stagelearned related knowledge, and strive to explore and establish thecompany’s management requirements consistent with the marketeconomy, modern human resource training management system,unreasonable practices and inadequate Investor’s presence in humanresource training in the management resolved to a certain extent, improve systematic training awareness. Human resources and training system inthe design process, adhere to determine training purposes, a needsanalysis to determine the training objectives, the overall design principlescourses from training effectiveness assessments of the implementationstarted, optimizing the existing human resources training system.Based on Investor’s problems himself from training needs analysis,training, project design, training evaluation and training of the four stagesof project implementation, training employees strive to achieve everyaspect of the organization, optimize work and individual employees inthree areas. Staff training is a very important aspect. Training curriculum,assessment and management system effects of these three is the corecontent of the training system, and finally a training management systemis among the top three organic integration into enterprise managementsystem, mainly with the promotion, salary system compatible.Through this study, so that managers out only when the cost of thepeople rather than resources to treat; think training is an effective towardssuccess, thankless, outweigh activities; employing not only educatingpeople, misunderstanding on the idea. Solving training content andtraining needs of employees disjointed conflict, most SMEs in thedevelopment of training programs, do not attach importance to trainingneeds and research, arbitrary large, but with arrangements for managersexperience or training institutions and subjective judgments to determinetraining; reserve both professional knowledge, but also master the skillstraining, love instructor training business, improve training system. Inpractice found in the work, the training system is imperfect restricting thedevelopment of small and medium private enterprises is a very important factor. We see the vast majority of private companies do not own theactual development to build a training system, some state-owned largeand medium-sized enterprises just copied training mode, did not formtheir own characteristics and training system. To solve the problem, wemust first solve the small and medium private enterprises scientificallydesigned training system.I hope this article on the current situation and problems of Investor’straining system have a better understanding and knowledge to helpimprove the Investor company’s human resources management system,and then design Investor’s training system. Investor’s ability to enhancemarket competitiveness and sustainable development. At the same time,through study and research paper on China’s small and medium privateenterprises in human resource training system designed to provide areference.
