Training is the enterprise survival and development needs, is an important meansto improve the efficiency of enterprise management, is a key factor to attract retaintalent, enterprise training helps to create a good to have culture, improve enterprisecore competitiveness. Based on this, the more modern enterprise pay attention to giveplay to the important role of staff training, and the staff training as an importantmeans of human resources development, on the strategic level to consider thedevelopment of the enterprise.Rock JiYin village Banks as a new type of rural financial institutions set up timeis short, to the survival and development in the fierce market competitionenvironment, must improve the quality of employees, enhance their competitiveness.For a long time, the rock JiYin village Banks did not set up a system of trainingmechanism, such as the contents of training and the strategic target, the separationmonotonous training content, training in the form of a single, this situation is toimprove the quality of employees don’t work well.
