With the development of science&technology and the progress of society,people’s careers concept has undergone tremendous changes, which will led to thehigher fluctuation of staff in enterprises and bring more competition to humanresources. For a rapid development enterprise, it is necessary to ensure the qualityof products and avoid the cost at the same time. The first condition is to ensure thestaff quality which means more experienced staff is needed. The employees masteringthe skills in the shortest time and improved the staff quality by reasonable andeffective staff training will result in the improvement of enterprises’ product quality,operating costs, continuous improvement etc,. At the same time, it will improvemarket competitiveness of enterprises and keep the advantage in increasingly brutalcompetitive environment. Therefore, how to effectively improve the training qualityof front-line operator, shorten the training cycle, and adapt to the increasing demandsof the enterprises continuous development is becoming an urgent task to research andsolve for enterprises.Through study the current situation of front-line operator training in ChangchunSE Bordnetze Co.,Ltd, we found its training system has many problems. Afteranalysis and discussion the root cause and base on related theory of staff trainingfinally the front-line operator training system optimized.First, through analysis the existing front-line operator training of Changchun SEBordnetze Co.,Ltd, this writer found that there are many problems, like operatorlack of training initiative; training effect far from intended training purpose; lowtransformation from training to applications. To analyze the reasons for the aboveproblems, the writer find the mainly causes are as following: not standardized trainingrequirements, less effectiveness of training programs; lack of targeted training content,not standardized training content; unreasonable training rhythm arrangement; lack of systematic training in tracking and monitoring and imperfect training assessment andincentive system.Second, based on the above reasons, this paper has established a evaluationmethods for front-line operator training system, which is mainly discuss from theevaluation opportunity of the training; evaluation method at the end of training;evaluation method on the following working action. Than the author get theconclusion: whether the training achieves the desired objectives, the improvementactivities in this training, training effect transformation etc.Finally, without a good protection mechanism, even the best training system can notbe implemented. The paper proposes a detailed security plan including the tissues, theteachers, the cultural and institution, which making the optimized line operatortraining system embodiment successfully.Since the current front-line operator training system of Changchun SE BordnetzeCo.,Ltd, has formed a serious impediment to development, this training system furtheroptimization is imminent. This study analyze the problems and the causes of thisproblem of Changchun SE Bordnetze Co.,Ltd front-line operator training system indetailed, as well as made some optimization comment for enterprise training system,which will provide a reference value for the further implementation of theoptimization system.
