Along with the ever-increasing economic level and expanding logistics industry, the importance of logistics nodes in logistics activity begins to be taken into account. With the purpose of carrying out the strategy of rejuvenating northeast China and other old industrial bases, in2011, National Development and Reform Commission has drawn up ’The logistics industry development planning in northeast China", which embodies that the layout of logistics node problem gradually turns into the national development planning in my country. Later, during the state visit to central Asian countries, Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the construction of’Silk Road Economic Belt’ in order to inject new vitality to this old trade route and lead to the brightening outlook between Europe and Asia. As the center of the northeast Asia economic circle and the important gateway for the world, Dalian Port have the potential of developing the Silk Road, for it can absorb the source of goods from Japan and South Korea as well as some regions in China, like circum-Bohai-sea region. In addition, Dalian Port can stretch the railroad trains, which now was opened from Dalian to Manzhouli, to Europe and Russia.However, research on the layout of logistics nodes of the Silk Road Starting from Dalian Port is different from other study on logistics nodes" layout. In the view of the future development of this road, Dalian Port will be able to link northeast China to Europe, which involving the international transport, so factors like foreign trade as well as land port and the planning of the development of northeast regional logistics nodes should be taken into consideration. Therefore, based on the study of relevant thesis and according to the characteristics of this silk road, appropriate classification index system was set up, and which was divided into3parts including economic condition, transport infrastructure and locational conditions. Then for the purpose of getting rid of subjectivity during the data processing, the article united Principal Component Analysis and entropy evaluation method to rank the comprehensive scale of logistics nodes. In the following, clustering methodology was brought in so as to classify these logistics nodes into several groups and learn the difference between them. Finally, building on the computed result and realistic basis, the article put he further adjustment into the layout of logistics nodes so that the result would be more practicable and effective.
