Studies Of The Supply Chain Risk Management Of Consreuction Enterprise

With the speeding up process of global economic integration, supply chain management-integrated management model has been widely used in various fields. The Government and the community input on major projects which continues growth and competition of the construction industry continues to strengthen. China’s large-scale construction enterprises are faced with opportunities and challenges.In order to achieve greater efficiency of the production and reduction of the purpose of operating costs, the large-scale construction enterprises should use the theory and the methods of advanced supply chain management. With the characteristics of enterprises, the large-scale construction enterprises focus on future work that establishes the supply chain.This study is just based on this background, hoping that through the studying of supply chain-related theory we can identify the supply chain risks and assess the risks, ultimately advance some relevant suggestions.This article first analyzes the characteristics of the supply chain of the construction industry. It analysis the risks of the supply chain of the construction industry detailed. It establishes the risk of early-warning systems on this basis of supply chain of the construction industry. Analyzing the main evaluation index, establishing evaluation index system, and calculating the first level index weight value and second level index weight value, utilizing Delphi method and Group Decision Analytic Hierarchy Process, i.e. comparing the comparative importance of the indexes, establishing fuzzy consistent matrix, and achieving qualitative index quantified. Due to maximum membership degree law, we accomplished the risk evaluation.And the construction industry supply chain has different control and management of different risks to improve supply chain coordination, reduce risk and reduce losses.
