With the development of the 21 st century, economic globalization, enterprises are facing a rapidly changing market competition and globalization. Competition has become a serious issue that companies face together, enterprises develop to a certain stage, and the competition in the final analysis is the competitive strength of the corporate culture. Development of enterprises not only relies on effective operational mechanism both security operations, but also relies on the corporate culture to guide, motivate and restrain people’s behavior. Through the development of enterprise culture to enhance the cohesion and solidarity also the vitality of enterprises, and provide the basis for enterprise management, so that companies can achieve a win-win of economic and social benefits, this has become the consensus of the whole society.XH is the backbone enterprises in chemical sector of Shanxi, after years of development and innovation development, it not only created a lot of material wealth, but also created a valuable spiritual wealth, forming a unique corporate culture, it is a flag that can lead employees advance bravely and promote the enterprises develop healthily. Meanwhile, with rapidly development and application of modern technology, business management indicators are more refined, coupled with the mobile Internet on people’s habits change, XH corporate culture also needs a comprehensive integration, avoiding weaknesses, comprehensive upgrading, through the corporate culture radiates the social culture, making it to be growth point and support point in the whole social culture. So focus on researching corporate culture of XH and constructing the cultural effect evaluation system, analyzing the current situation of cultural construction and researching several aspects of culture construction, this research results for other corporate culture has a strong guiding significance.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, analyzing the current status and trends of cultural studies in domestic and foreign enterprises, combing the content and structure and the framework of the article; the second part starting from the concept of culture, analyzing the characteristics, structure, factors and the evaluation index of corporate culture. The third part introduces the XH company researched in this article, the fourth part is the current cultural investigation of XH, the construction of evaluation index system and calculation of weight about evaluation index, finally arrive at the conclusion that the existing culture of evaluation results of the company, this part is the key point of this article, it contains the questionnaire survey, defining 4 first grade assessment indicators, 22 second grade indicators, using AHP to clear weight of each evaluation index, after conforming verification, finally get XH overall assessment of the effect of the company’s culture is well, also conclude the factors which affect the development of a company, it provides the basis for the construction of enterprise culture; the fifth part summarize the cultural advantages, difficulties of construction and the shortages on the basis of assessing the effects on the culture before. The part6 selects outstanding issues of culture to construct and optional design, it includes optimization of human resources programs and settings, advertising corporate culture and establishing corporate communications; the last part draw general conclusions of researching and constructing the corporate culture, it is aimed at leading the company construct its culture more scientific and significantly, it also evaluate the effect of the current corporate culture and the theory of cultural constructive development, giving some suggestions in order to help businesses build its culture efficiently, providing a strong basis for enterprise management, and providing protection for the healthy development of enterprises.
