Study On The Evaluation And Enhancement Of Corporate Cultural Construction In A Local Post Company

This article points at the evaluation and advance of the cultural construction of the post office in W, a state-owned company at the county level. It is based on the most advanced studies on the company culture home and abroad and adopts the method of analyzing the key points of the company culture. The data on quantitative study of the company culture is got through questionnaire and forum of employees. By analyzing these data, we get the evaluation result on the current cultural construction of the company. Based on the evaluation results and the problems in the cultural construction of company, the thesis put forward the plan of the advance in the cultural construction of post office in W, the aim of which is to motivate the employees and increase the collective's cohesion by deepening the understanding of the company culture, completing the according system, raising pay and benefits and putting it into practice. In this way, the incentive to the sustained development of the company will be provided and the performance and efficiency of it can make a progress, hence the competitiveness sharpened.
