Study On Operation Mode And Management Suggestions Of Coal Transportation

Coal is the most important energy in our country,its proportion is as high as 70 percent in the consumption of energy resources in our country. The importance of coal is more obvious with the development of economy and industrialization. However, a very serious problem is, coal resources distribution is very uneven in our country. Main centers of coal production is in the north and west area, but it’s very scarce in main demand area such as the east and south. Transportation system of “west to the east, north to the south” is formed by this. This system has brought huge challenge to the coal transportation and effectively coal supply security. Meanwhile, transportation capability in our country is also uneven, all these make it very difficult for the transportation of coal.This paper is conducted under this condition, the main content includes the following aspects.Firstly, coal resources distribution and the demand situation in our country is discussed to prove the necessity and urgency of our country’s coal transportation, and the research status at home and abroad are summarized and summed up.Secondly, the current situation of coal resources in our country is analyzed, and then the present situation of coal transportation system is analyzed based on this distribution, mainly include railway transportation and shipping transportation. And furthermore, the trend of development on coal transportation is reached.On the basis of analysis of the status and development of transportation, optional modes of coal transportation operation and the operation of the coal operational countermeasures is reached to support theoretical direction to the government decision-making and enterprise management.Finally, this paper takes Inner Mongolia as an example, its coal supply and demand are analyzed to support the formulate of operating model and operational countermeasures. On the basis of the previous chapter, rationalization proposals are put forward to back up developing reasonable capacity resources allocation and transportation of coal resources.
