With the world economic center is shifting to Asia, super high-rise buildings increased rapidly over the Chinese, Chinese became the world’s largest market for high-speed elevator. Chinese elevator industry has experienced 50 years of development, ushered in a new era-- the era of competition in the market competition of the high-speed elevator. How to find their own marketing strategy of high speed elevator, become the primary research of each elevator company.This paper takes XO company original brand point of view, combined with the present situation of development of high speed elevator Chinese.Using the relevant theory of marketing management, design of product, price, channel, the promotion four aspects of XO high speed elevator marketing, and the XO high speed elevator marketing activities of project management system in personnel training, process improvement, performance appraisal, to improve XO’s market share of high speed elevator.This paper presents XO, locking the two or three line of the city’s high-rise residential and large complex market, promotion of the original product line range of specifications; reduce the manufacturing profits, the profit space and return to the sales increase sales initiative; the establishment of a new project for the sales channels; establish a comprehensive incentive policy, allowing individual items below cost sales promotion policy, and ultimately improve the XO share of the company in the market of high speed elevator. The conclusion of this study, for XO high speed elevator sales provide practical guidance, but also has the certain enlightenment function to promote the development of domestic high speed elevator.
