The Research On The Occupation Training Of New Generation Migrant Workers In The City Of Linfen

With the development of social economy in our country, the new generation of migrant workers has become the leading role in the stage of China’s urban and rural construction.From the Central Document No. 1 that proposed the new generation of migrant workers in the year of 2010 for the first time, to a series of policy introduced in 2014, such as the "opinions of The State Council on further services for migrant workers to do the work", "The plan of national new urbanization(2014-2020)", these aim to improve the quality and skills of the new generation of migrant workers, and use better in society and work place.This paper uses the method of literature, field survey method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire method, on the basis of the domestic and foreign experience, based in the city of Lin Fen, conduct a sample survey about the situation of occupation training of the new generation of migrant workers, and analyze the problems existed in the training of the new generation of migrant workers occupation in Lin Fen, mainly on the four aspects:government, enterprises, training agencies and itself, finally put forward the corresponding suggestions.To illustrate the new generation of migrant workers vocational training existed policies and the inadequacies in the city of Lin Fen, this paper is based on the present situation of the new generation of migrant workers and analysis mainly from the aspects of its size,income, age and education, industry distribution, social security, the basic situation of training, the reason for training, organizers, training content and training satisfaction. By vocational skills training for migrant workers, it can improve the overall quality and professional skills, their own value, increase migrant workers’ income, and promote the employment rate of Lin Fen. The increase of productivity can promote the level of income,as well as the level of economic development in Lin Fen, and has a positive effect in the industrial upgrading and needs for transformation.
