With the popularity of the Internet, the advantages of online shopping has become more prominent, according to "China Internet Development Statistics Report Network" in July 2014 China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC) released [1] show that as of the end of June 2014, the number of Internet users in China reached 632 million, while the number of online shopping users r each 316 million people, online shopping use rate of 52.5%. With the rise of online shopping, traditional retail business is subject to a great impact, especially traditional clothing sales industry is under unprecedented attack. Competition in the competitive not just products, but also services and managed competition, companies need to effectively manage a direct impact on the future development of the enterprise. Management guru Peter Drucker ?(Peter Ferdinand Drucker) that "as long as it affects organizational performance and effectiveness, is to manage the center and responsibility", therefore, under the network economy era, how to build a strategy to achieve organizational goals, enhance their competitiveness in a highly competitive environment to avoid being eliminated in a scientific and reasonable performance management system, has become one of the key enterprises in this stage of the work. Balanced Scorecard is a strategy-oriented enterprise, from a financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth of the four angles of a performance management approach to measure corporate performance development, and it avoids the traditional performance evaluation methods focus purely financial indicators caused by short-sighted, more comprehensive improve the performance of enterprises. Many foreign companies are in the application of the balanced scorecard performance management model, and many of them have a lot of success stories, many domestic enterprises have hoped to build balanced scorecard to consolidate and enhance their competitive advantage. SFL company is in such a background study conducted performance evaluation system for how to improve, I hope this can be the company through the Balanced Scorecard strategic management methods execute in the end,the SWOT tool to clear the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats clear corporate strategy, corporate strategy drawn map, developed from the company to the individual BSC index system, the last performance plan based on t he Balanced Scorecard theory, assessment, the results of the use of performance management and other aspects of a comprehensive optimization. In this paper, branded apparel industry wants to use the Balanced Scorecard management system, the company offers a certain significance.
