With the development of economic, the dynamic requirements of the technology continue growing, companies who only rely solely on internal innovation activities, wholly integrate internal resources for innovation, find it difficult to achieve busuiess development, open innovation came into being. The modern model of innovation has undergone a change, which is innovation is no longer a simple atomic process, but the cooperation of an interactive process and a continuous process of formation of networks of enterprise cooperation and innovation, enterprises become embedded deeply in innovation networks. In addition, in a rapidly changing market environment, dynamic capability is the key to maintaining a competitive advantage. Knowledge Integration is a dynamic capability. Innovation is actually the innovation of knowledge. Companies which only have a lot of knowledge do not guarantee the success of innovative, but Knowledge Integration can do. It can form the company’s core capabilities and maintain competitive advantage for enterprises to bring good innovation performance. Therefore, this thesis studys embedded network between network-centric and relationship strength, and divides knowledge integration into three dimensions, those are knowledge acquisition, knowledge fusion and knowledge reconstruction. The paper deeply analyzed effects of embedded network, knowledge integration on co-innovation performance, proposed hypotheses and theoretical models. In order to verify theoretical assumptions provided in this paper, questionnaire is used and statistic tools such as SPSS is used to analyze data. The results show that:(1) network embeddedness has a positive impact on cooperation and innovation performance. (2) Network Center of access to knowledge acquisition. Knowledge Fusion has a positive impact, but there is no positive effect on the knowledge of the reconstruction; the relationship between the intensity has a positive effect on knowledge integration (3) knowledge integration has significant positive impact on co-innovation performance. (4) Knowledge acquisition and knowledge fusion are the intermediate variable in the path of network-centric on co-innovation performance. Knowledge reconstruction is not the intermediate variable in the path of network-centric on innovation performance. (5) knowledge integration plays an intermediary role in the path of network embeddedness on co-innovation performance.
