With the people deepen understanding of "the third profit source" that is to reduce the logistics cost, enterprises logistics cost control problem has received the widespread attention. Especially the logistics cost is relatively high in our country, to a certain extent, formed a lot of waste. To reduce the running cost of the national economy, we should reduce logistics cost. Therefore, the most important way to eek new development and win the market competitiveness is optimize logistics cost for the enterprise. In this paper, studied the formation, control and optimization strategy of enterprise logistics cost from the Angle of system.In this paper, according to theory of system dynamics, analyzing of its system of a province’s TCL electrical appliances sales enterprise logistics cost. This paper introduces the research background, research purpose and meaning, this paper expounds the logistics cost of domestic and foreign research present situation and the research content and method. Then, the paper introduces the logistics cost related theory and system dynamics theory. According to the characteristics of the logistics enterprise logistics cost, composition, combined with system dynamics principle to determine the system boundary, system variables to draw on the basis of enterprise logistics cost system of cause and effect. Using vensim software build sales system dynamics model of enterprise logistics costs, combined with the enterprise’s actual data, simulation model of dynamic operation process. Through analyzing the model of current logistics cost, according to the simulation condition find a suitable for the optimal strategy for the development of the company.
