Research On The Centralized Management Of ZSY Corporation Fund

With the accelerated development of our enterprise groups,the issues of adjusting funds in the organization and ensuring the smooth circulation of money have caused enough attention to enterprise groups.Funds centralized management is an effective way for the enterprise to unitedly collect,transfer,use and monitor funds of member enterprise.And then coordinating the relations of funds,meeting the need of reducing the financial risk and improving the efficiency of the funds,finally achieving the purpose of integration of all the group funds.ZSY company was an early adopter to use funds centralized management in our country.But the expansion of the scale, the increasing demand for capital investment, the increasing of the multinational business, as well as the changing of the international financial environment have made the centralized fund management face a big challenge.So,the current task of ZSY company is to timely update the centralized fund management mode,and build a higher level of funds centralized management system.With ZSY company funds centralized management as the research object,this paper has used the literature research, comparative analysis,normative analysis and other research methods.And this paper has explored the existing problems and reasons of current funds centralized management. According to the results of the exploration, on the basic of funds centralized management theory,this paper has put forward suggestions to ZSY company funds centralized management.On the premise of the researching background,from the meaning and content of centralized fund management and other related concepts,this paper described the implementation process of funds centralized management of ZSY company, and pointed out problems reflected in the process of centralized fund management.Moreover,this paper analysed the reasons for these problems from the position of the financial company, internal financial management system, information cognition as well as risk management and control system. Through the above analysis,this paper provided some suggestions for improvement.This paper Pointed out the necessity of improving the level of the financial company settlement and a new management way of rebuilding the paper pool.What’s more,this paper also emphasized the necessity of optimizing funds centralized management mode,the information technology and the necessity of risk management in funds centralized management.These suggestions was used not only to indicate the future path of enhancing the management level,but also to illustrate the points of the centralized fund management theory in enterprise application.
