GT Company Funds Centralized Management Optimization Research

Capital movement is the essence of enterprise economic activities,the core of financial management work,with the deep development of the market economy,the enhancement of the time value concept of funds,the operation mode of the centralized management of funds is more and more accepted by the enterprise group.Its establishment and operation provide effective management means for the standardization and order of capital management.Through centralized management of funds,the enterprise group can realize the integration and control of the funds in the group,fully revitalize the stock of funds,effectively improve the efficiency of the use of funds,lower the financial cost and the risk of funds.The research object of this article,GT company,is a medium-sized enterprise group funded by the state owned enterprise X Railway Bureau.In the course of its development,the railway industry is the center,the railway is used as a resource,and it is extended to other fields in the form of sideline.After the reform of the Ministry of Railways into the general railway company in March 2013,the separation of government and enterprises was accelerated and the railway companies had the right to operate independently,and the volume of settlement business increased rapidly.Therefore,the centralized management of funds is especially important for the long-term development of the company.The article first expounds the related theories of capital centralized management.On the basis of the comparison and analysis of the current 5 kinds of management modes,this paper starts with the current situation of GT company's centralized management of funds,combined with its market environment and industry background,and deeply analyzes its settlement center mode through investigation and research,quantitative analysis and questionnaire investigation.The existing problems and causes are based on the premise of the unified standard for the centralized management work of the Railway General Company,and on the basis of not changing the existing centralized management mode of the existing "settlement center",the aim is to improve the fund concentration,bill management,accounts receivable management and fund plan management.Through the optimization scheme design and the safeguard measures proposed.The centralized management of funds for railway enterprises will have a certain guiding significance for accelerating the diversification of the railway system.At the same time,it also brings some reference to the centralized management of other railway enterprises.
