Outlook 2015 and even longer period of time, Chinese real estate market has bid farewell to the past, the rapid growth of the "golden age", after the market adjusted gradually into the new normal rational and slow growth. A Real Estate Company which is a local enterprise, come into the double pressure of low profit and increasingly fierce competition, failed to achieve greater development. In order to change the single business structure and mode, plan to be stronger, bigger, compete with the large corporations in the regional market, find development of space. In this case, analyze the situation, identify the road, looking for opportunities, has guiding significance to the survival and development of A Real Estate Company. A Real Estate Company must clear their development strategies, to seek survival and development in the complex and changeable environment, go on the long-term development of the road.Firstly, this paper briefly describes the background and significance of the research, introduces the research ideas and framework of the thesis. Secondly, the paper summarizes an overview of relevant theories of business strategy. Immediately after analyze the operation status of A Real Estate Company and reveals the existence of company in the aspects of business models, financing channels, sales receivable, internal control problems, and then analyze the business environment of the company from the real estate industry policy and law, economy, social culture and natural and technological environment and other aspects, through the SWOT analysis, sort out opportunities and challenges the A company is facing,, and determine the future development strategy idea,comply with the macro environment changes for A Real Estate Company, obtain the steady development put forward good business strategy, and points out that A Real Estate Company strategy necessary measures needed to implement. The last chapter is summary and outlook.
