Based on the analyze of the development environment change of Ordos, combined with the internal resources and characteristics analysis of Ordos LAN Hai Group Real Estate Company, the thesis has studied and summarized a set of the methodology and strategy models for current Ordos company which may guide the enterprises to achieve strategic transformation and change in the market.This paper combined the theory study and case analysis, discussed the sea real estate development strategy and implementation issues.
