Research On The Development Path Of Economic Development And Environmental Protection In Xishui County

The current development of the domestic economy has the characteristic of extensive form,reflected in the problem of high investment,high consumption, atmospheric and water pollution is serious, destruction of ecological resources and so on. How to make the coordinated development of economy and environment is the most urgent need to explore the key issues. For county government,it plays an important role in the social economic development and the protection of natural resources,economics development and environmental are inseparable. Therefore, explore the development path of economic development and environmental protection in county reflect the extremely important application value and practical guiding value theory.This paper takes Xishui County of Hubei Province as the research object, fieldwork and data collection for the current situation of Xishui county economic development and environmental,on the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign related theories and practical experience,the main jobs of this paper as follows:(1) Understand the domestic and foreign research on the relationship between the two and the theories and views in Human geography,combined with the research method of economic development and environmental protection optimization path at home and abroad,which lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this paper;(2) collecting the large amounts of data,human geography of Xishui county were reviewed,and the environmental indicators of the township of Xishui county in the query and field investigation data,to sort out the choice of the data obtained,useful for the study of data samples obtained thereby;(3) through the cross section of practical analysis and time series method,the environmental index of sixteen villages and towns of Xishui county such as the per capita income of atmospheric emissions targets and the region corresponding to the modeling of data analysis,and T test,to further explore the root causes of Xishui county economic development and environmental protection are two problems;(4) through data analysis to put forward the feasible suggestion of Xishui county with the path of economic development and environmental protection.Through this research,the author thinks that the coordinated development of economy and environment can be taken to keep the county economic balance, improve environmental protection system,the typical project lead the way and so on, but for Xishui county economic development and environmental protection with the development path of the core idea is:(1) to strengthen efforts to protect the environment, adhere to the double excellence path of development;(2) the transformation of economic development, accelerate the construction of "two oriented society";(3) to strengthen the coordination development of economy and environment,and promote the overall development of Xishui county.
