During the recent years, along with the elevating of economy level, the consumers’ requirement presents a tendency of pluralism. With the times, coffee shop sprung up all of the major cities of China. The coffee market is flourishing and the coffee culture is arising among the inner cities. How to handle the opportunities of the rapid development of coffee industry, and create a coffee enterprise, even a brand, with characteristic and competitive power, is a subject deserved to a deep and careful study. This article stands on the start point of "the Coffee Corner Shop", and then makes use of a method of scientific investigation and feasibility analysis, systematically formulates project plans, implementation strategies and financial plans, improves the risk control measures and withdrawal mechanism. On the basis of all of that, this article has been illustrated complete and theoretical analyses for this pioneering project.This whole article is divided into five parts:The first part discusses the background of the topic choosing and the practicability of the project formulation. In a macro perspective, this part introduces the overall status of the domestic coffee industry and the coffee consumption, with a emphases on the current operation development of coffee industry market in Wuhan. Moreover, on account of the development, the significance and practicability are illustrated.The second part gives a explicit introduction on the specific characteristic and requirement of the coffee industry products and services. For that purpose, the methods such as "five models of competitive power" and "SWOT" are used. The operation philosophy of the project and the construction plan of the brand are discussed. Meanwhile, the experiential and networking marketing tools are brought forward. In view of those concerns, a scientific and perfect management structure of the company is presented.The third part details the arrangement of the project equity trading and financing. This part is on the basis of the analysis of market research data, offering the reasonable pricing strategy, carrying on the detailed cost accounting, and calculating the profitability of the coffee shop scientifically.The forth part mainly discussed the risk control and coping strategy, which provides general analysis in policy, market, operator and financing. Consequently, the source of risk, the relative risk prevention and the countermeasures are revealed.The fifth part makes a conclusion, emphasizing that the business philosophy of the project, the profound significance and at last the forecast of the broad possibilities of the coffee industry management.
