Dynamic Mechanism Of The Deepening Of Farmers’ Cooperation

China is an agricultural country with the largest population of farmers. It is a focus and concern for many scholars and all levels of government to deal with agricultural problem and peasant problem. During our study, we find that in many rural areas of China, especially in the plain rural areas, the lands are flat and water conservancy facilities are perfect and farming is relatively much easier than before, but it is a common practice that everyone does his own farm work. I asked many rural grassroots cadres why there were no cooperatives, they gave me different reasons.In a word, it is difficult for them to organize an ideal cooperative in the rural areas.In view of above-mentioned actual situation in the rural areas, the agricultural cooperative in this paper draws my attention and I find out that the reason why this cooperative is organized well is that the farmers in this village are united. The relocation of this village holds everyone together and everyone makes contribution to the construction of their homeland. After the relocation, the old house are brought down and the lands are transformed into farmlands which are suitable for cultivation. In this way, the cooperative in this village comes into being, and then expands and attracts farmers in other villages to join. Finally, Fish breeding and poultry raising, grain processing are stimulated and the farmers’ passion for farming is heightened, and the farmers’income is increased.Professor Xu Yong said:"farmers are good at calculation and they pursue a maximum individual interest", and Professor Deng Dacai said:"farmers pursue a maximum amount of money". It is a problem for the farmers to cooperate effectively and deepen the cooperation. Why the farmers in this case can cooperate effectively and deepen their cooperation? It is a problem which is well worth studying in depth.In order to make the farmers cooperate effectively for a long time, China’s agricultural problem should be focused on agricultural modernization and agricultural industrialization. Under such circumstances, the farmers can have an equal social status with the people in the city, and they can create equal social wealth. The system of agricultural industrialization can make farmers cooperate and make them become more specialized. They can cooperate in many fields such as breeding, agricultural machinery driving and maintenance, farm products processing and sale.Although the village in this case is far from the agricultural industrialization, it has taken a step towards this goal. The cooperation between farmers shouldn’t be limited to the cooperation within the cooperative.
