In the 21st century is the age of information technology, software development plays an important role. Many new technology, new inventions, new patents are connected with software development, to some extent can be said to be in the 21st century era of software. And software development of various risks faced by more and more, will be affected by any carelessness, thereby causing loss to the enterprise, or even disastrous, so the software project risk management has very important significance.
