Thailand Cross Border Electronic Commerce And Policy Research

Today, with the development of the Internet, cross-border e-commerce has become a new industry in the world today, the trade between countries become more and more. Although the cross-border e-commerce in Thailand started late, the potential of cross-border e-commerce has already attracted the government of Thailand attention. In recent years, the cross-border e-commerce in Thailand is been vigorously carried out. However, there are many problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Thailand, such as logistics, customs, credit and payment security, which has not been completely resolved. On the other hand, the policy of cross-border e-commerce in Thailand is imperfection. In order to solve these problems, the development and policy of cross-border e-commerce in Thailand were studied, in order to provide some theoretical basis to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Thailand.In this paper, we mainly study those aspects:the first part is the introduction, mainly on the background and significance of this paper are briefly introduced. At the same time the related literature about cross-border e-commerce in domestic and overseas were reviewed to understand the development trend of cross-border e-commerce, ultimately puts forward the research emphasis of this paper. The development of cross-border e-commerce in China and the United States are introduced in second part. The third part mainly introduces the cross-border e-commerce development in Thailand. The development problems of cross-border e-commerce in Thailand has been analyzed in fourth part. Fifth part on the problems existing in the current cross-border e-commerce development process puts forward relevant solving measures, and we recommend that the policy reference to the China and United States so as to perfect the relevant policy of Thailand on cross-border e-commerce. Finally, the paper was summarized, and the cross-border e-commerce in the future was prospected. In order to complete the policy on cross-border e-commerce in Thailand, and ultimately promotes the better development of cross-border e-commerce.
