| Science and technology is the primary productive force.It plays a key role during the development of agriculture, especially in the development of modern agriculture. The organization of S&T communication plays an important role when the achievement of agricultural S&T is transformed into practical productive force.Under different commnuication system, the same amount of resources generate heterogeneous results. When the multiple subjects, including government,enterprise and NGO, participating agricultural S&T communication by reasonable structure and collaborative way,its effect is overall optimized.As the largest agriculture country of ASEAN, Indonesia has a long history of agricultural development, agricultural development is considered as a event by the successive governments. After entering the democratic transition era,Indonesia accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization, focusing on the promotion and application of agricultural S&T,promoting S&T to help farmers and agriculture. Rely on the survey in West Java province of Indonesia, Jakarta and Yogyakarta,this paper try to analyse the development process,current situation and problem of Indonesian agriculture S&T communication system.The author believes that the agricultural administrative departments fragmentation, bull management and decentralized control, lack of market forces, function alienation of social organization such issues seriously restricting the current of agricultural S&T commnication in Indonesia.Therefore, under the framework of China-ASEAN cooperation, the authors propose Indonesia should strengthen cooperation with China to learn the efficient mode of communication, encourage Chinese agricultural enterprises settle in Indonesian market, actively interact with Chinese civil society organizations and other bilateral proposals so that increase the existing level of agricultural S&T communication. Meanwhile, China should also be absorb some good practices in Indonesia, such as be good use of international aid, attention to the role of universities, to promote financial help farmers, encourage rural cooperatives to get self-management, in order to improve the agricultural S&T communication. |
