The development trend of global manufacturing presents a fusion with service economy. In the background, traditional value chain of manufacture extends continuously as well as the range it covers from manufacturing field to serving field and its whole lifecycle. The fusion of manufacturing and serving prompts the transformation of manufacturing industry from tradition to service, which enlarges the proportion of service. First, the author analyses the status quo of service input by means of input-output analysis. In addition, the author points out the problems by researching the status quo of service output and emphasizes the necessity of establishing the model of Servitization. Second, the model of Shanxi Blower and Broad Central Air-conditioning Servitization and that of as well as measures taken to promote Servitization in developed countries are introduced. These are useful references. Third, according to abovementioned study, the author establishes the model of Servitization of equipment manufacturing industry. This model is guided by the government and supported by Producer Services in techniques, products and markets. Furthermore, two ways are recommended for the protagonist, i.e. enterprises. Last, the author proposes safeguards for the model of Servitization of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang.
