At present,China's medium-sized production enterprises are the foundation of promoting China's economic development,forming the main body of the market economy,and promoting social harmony and stability.The development of medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is the inexhaustible motive force of social and economic growth.Only through continuous innovation,developing new products,new technology and improving the technical content of production,can the productive enterprise maintain the competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce competition environment and create more value for the enterprise.However,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing a series of problems,such as low attention,less resources,less investment in research and development,fewer developers,more types of projects,and higher difficulty of project management.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to introduce multi project management mode according to the actual situation of the enterprise itself.In this paper,the multi project management process of SMT company as an example,through the multi project management theory analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise multi project management influence factors mainly reflected in resource allocation problems,combined with SMT company's project management as an example,first elaborated the SMT company as the production of small and medium-sized enterprises resource allocation problems encountered in many project management,and then carries on the analysis,research and Countermeasures of resource allocation problems in the process,the thickness of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises explore optimization method of multi project management in the allocation of resources,to provide reference material for the analysis of similar enterprises.Research shows that the multi project management in the optimization process of resource allocation will continue to change according to the actual situation,is a dynamic process.In the multi project management of small and medium-sized enterprises,the greatest impact is human management,so to enhance the team members' skills level,subjective initiative and team cooperation consciousness,to optimize the allocation of resources.Appropriate project management system can effectively shorten the cycle of project development,save funds for project development,reduce unnecessary cost loss,and improve the success rate of the project.Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the same type of enterprises.
