In recent years, the government is gradually tightening the macroeconomic control policy on real estate industry. As the world economy is depressing, the real estate industry is facing a severe test of existence and development in the big domestic revolution. How to have a professional talents team became the key to survival and development in real estate enterprises in times, especially to small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. To offer a scientific and systematic training on employees, enterprise can improve employee’s knowledge and skills on enterprise identity and enterprise innovation and development, can also stimulate the creativity and potential of employee, and realizes the updates of enterprise knowledge and application technology. As the significant means to updating the enterprise knowledge and promoting the staff innovation ability in the increasingly fierce competition in the modern times, enterprise training is necessary and urgent, and it becomes one of the most important factors for the enterprise to acquire competitive advantage and success. It has important practical significance to the future development of small and medium-sized real estate to establish a training system, which adapts to the requirements of the enterprise innovation and modern enterprise, to help small and medium-sized enterprises to design and perfect a modern staff training system, which can match their own characteristics and requirements.Based on literature review and questionnaire analysis, Qinhuangdao ZS Land CO.,Ltd. has the following problems on employee training: time arrangement is unreasonable, lack of job skills training and professional training of teachers, training methods is single, work practical training content is needed, employees don’t want to carry out the training work through the internet, which violated the website platform principles, lack of innovative training, etc.. Through analysis about the present situation of Qinhuangdao ZS Land CO.,Ltd. Training. According to the actual innovation requirements, the main problems and defects existing in the training system are hoped to be found.
